It’s been a while since I’ve shown up here… and wow, life has been full.
So here’s a little life update from your girl behind Mama, You Got This 💛
First—baby girl #3 is on her way! 🎀
Our sweet Mimi will be here in May, and this pregnancy has been such a blessing. I am counting down the days until we get to meet her.
Second—I’m graduating in May with my MASTER’S!! 😭✨
After all the late nights, internship hours, and juggling all the things… we made it. (But please don’t call me Master Mama 😂)
And third—we have a big family announcement coming this summer 👀
It’s going to be a big transition for us, and I can’t wait to share when the time comes.
But if I’m being honest… it hasn’t all been easy.
This season has stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.
Balancing motherhood, marriage, school, and everything in between has felt overwhelming at times.
With Isaac traveling weekly for work, it’s been hard on all of us—especially the girls. He is such an amazing husband and father, and we feel his absence deeply when he’s gone.
And church? That’s been a struggle too.
I’m in a phase of motherhood where I show up because I want to set the example… but keeping little ones reverent while trying to get spiritually filled is hard.
Some, most Sundays feel more exhausting than uplifting.
If I’m really honest, I’ve also been neglecting the things that once kept me spiritually grounded—like scripture study and quiet time with God.
But here’s the thing…
This new season I’m stepping into?
I don’t want to just survive it—I want to grow in it.
Now that school and my internship are behind me, I feel God gently calling me back…
Back to this space.
Back to writing.
Back to creating.
Back to Him.
And I’m so ready to start working on my devotional again 🤍
If you’re in a season that feels overwhelming, stretching, or just plain hard…
Mama, you got this. And you’re not alone.
Tell me—what season are you in right now? 🌿
